My Land is an online automated tool that uses climate, crop and territorial datasets to provide an initial, indicative assessment of a land’s potential agrivoltaic suitability.
This tool:

• does not replace professional agronomic, environmental or technical studies,

• may contain interpretative or data-related inconsistencies.

Its output does not constitute a professional opinion nor creates any contractual obligation.

The Institute may offer a free manual technical assessment of a user’s land. This assessment:

• is entirely discretionary,

• may be limited or not provided if the Institute considers the land to have limited development potential,

• may not reflect the level of detail shown in publicly available sample analyses,

• is provided exclusively for preliminary orientation purposes,

• does not create any obligation for further review, consultancy or support.

The level of detail provided in the analysis is at the sole and final discretion of the Institute and cannot be contested.

The Regional Guides summarise the regulatory framework relating to agrivoltaics, land-use rules, and photovoltaic installations across Italian regions.
Users should be aware that:

• information may be incomplete, outdated or partially inaccurate,

• guides are provided solely for informational purposes,

• guides do not replace direct verification of laws, decrees, regional plans or administrative procedures.
